Eter Consulting Group
At ECG, we continuously seek to expand our expertise and to strengthen the tools we bring to our clients.
We are proud to announce that our team has added a new asset to its learning and development portfolio: a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, Rafania El Daccache, following a training in Billund, Denmark, the home of LEGO, with Robert Rasmussen.
Grounded in constructivism, constructionism, metaphor and the concept of “hand knowledge,” LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® offers a powerful, hands-on approach to exploring complex challenges, unlocking new perspectives and building shared understanding.
At ECG we believe that sometimes, the best way to help people think differently is to give them the space, the tools and the right questions to discover what they already know and what they can build together.
Congratulations to Rafania on this achievement! We look forward to seeing the new possibilities, meaningful conversations and impactful learning experiences she will bring to ECG and our clients through this methodology.
