  • Directly from you — when you fill in our contact form, register for a training programme, or communicate with us by phone or email.

Google Ads & Google Analytics
We use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing features provided by Google LLC. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to show our ads to people who have previously visited our website (remarketing) and to report on ad performance. Google’s advertising features we may use include: Remarketing, Similar Audiences, Customer Match, and Conversion Tracking. Meta Pixel (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
We use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. to measure ad conversions, build custom audiences, and serve targeted ads on Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and — where you have provided it — a hashed version of your email address. ECG is headquartered in Lebanon and primarily serves clients in Lebanon and the wider MENA region. Where we engage service providers or advertising platforms (including Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc.) based outside Lebanon, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international transfer of personal data, consistent with applicable privacy laws.
